Google Workspace has an amazing sticky notes app called Google Keep that you can access through the Google Workspace app in the side panel or from the apps grid.

For example, I have opened the Google Keep panel below to take notes within a Google Sheet.

You can access these Google Keep notes anywhere and from any device, and they are easy to find as Google Keep is built around the search. As with the other Google Workspace apps, the search is placed at the top.

You can organise your notes with labels, either by project, task or maybe client.

Make your notes stand out with colours and pin your important notes to the top of your screen.

All these things are great, but one feature we love is that handwritten notes can be uploaded and turned into typed text! Within the mobile app, you can take a picture of the note and use the 'Grab image text' option.
