When sending sensitive information via email you can use Confidential Mode in Gmail.
Messages sent via Confidential Mode in Gmail do not have the option to forward, download or copy the content of the email.
Step 1—Open your compose window in Gmail. Along the bottom, you will see an icon that shows a padlock with a clock.

Step 2—Once you click the padlock, you will see the Confidential Mode screen, where you can set an expiry date and a passcode requirement for your email.

Step 3 - If you select the 'SMS passcode' option and the user doesn't have Gmail, they will be sent an email instead.

Step 4 - Once you click 'Save' your message box will turn blue. You can edit the confidential mode settings at the bottom of the box.
